The PS103 series selective spraying valve is made of stainless steel and Teflon. The process control of the spraying volume can be achieved by calibrating the stroke setting knob.

‚The PS103 valve provides three glue dispensing modes: linear, filament, and atomized, which can be achieved by setting different atomizing air pressures. The control gas path is divided into valve opening gas path and atomizing gas path. The amount of spraying depends on the valve opening time, fluid pressure, fluid viscosity, striker stroke and selected nozzle specifications. The spray width depends on the distance from the nozzle to the substrate. The edge resolution of the spraying operation is high, which is especially suitable for packaging and protection operations in the electronics industry. It is an ideal choice for surface coating applications.

ƒThe nozzle is easy to clean. The zero-cavity nozzle can prevent material from clogging during operation. It can be cleaned without disassembly. There are few parts that need to be replaced or cleaned. This nozzle is easier to handle materials with a short colloidal storage period.
